Optimal Kids Therapy does not accept insurance and is private pay only to provide you with the most flexible, client-focused interventions that focus on your priorities. Many insurance companies require strict adherence to what they deem “medically necessary” therapy that restricts an innovative, problem-solving approach that focuses on your needs and dream outcomes.
If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, we offer what is called a superbill, or an itemized receipt, with diagnosis and intervention codes for some services (occupational therapy).
If your insurance company provides reimbursement for out-of-network occupational therapy, you may be eligible for partial or total reimbursement for session fees.
We provide the ability to conveniently submit your visits for out-of-network occupational therapy services through Reimbursify without the hassle of filling out an insurance claim!
